    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left Upright Beam (#1) and Right Upright Beam (#2) by a Cross Brace (#3) in the mid-span.
  • Page 6 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Stabilizer (#13) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secure it with a 4 3/8” x 1 ½” Bracket (#15), two M10 x 2 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#35), Aircraft Nuts (#47). B.) Attach the Front Support (#10) to the Main Stabilizer (#13). Secure it with one M10 x 2 3/8”...
  • Page 7 STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the hole-side of Backrest Supports (#9) to the pivot on the Main Seat Support (#4). Secure it with one M12 x 6” Hex Bolt (#40), two Ø1” Washers (#42), and one M12 Aircraft Nut (#46). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest against the Backrest Adjustment Bar.
  • Page 8 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Support (#10). Secure it with one M10 x 2 7/8” Allen Bolt (#37), two M10 Aircraft Nut (#47). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. Make sure the Leg Developer is able to swivel.
