Thank you for purchasing the KODAK Solar Charger KS100. Please read these instructions for safe operation.

CHARGING THE SOlAR CHARGER

1. Place 2 AA size batteries into the charger so that the
+
(positive) and - (negative) ends

(terminals) of the batteries correspond to the same

and - markings in the charger.

2. Move the switch at the side of the charger to the IN position.

Place the charger with its solar panel facing the energy source directly. The charge indicator

light is illuminated and battery charging begins.
4. This is acontinuous charging charger. The RED light remains ON during charging.
5.
Be
careful when removing the batteries immediately after charging. The temperature of batteries can
be
high.

CHARGING YOUR DIGITAl DEVICE ON THE GO
NOTE: Your solar charger
does
not have to be fully charged to power your digital device.
1.
Connect your USB device's cable
(not
included)
to the solar charger and your digital device.
2. Move the switch
at the
side of the charger to the OUT position. The charge indicator
light is illuminated
and
your digital device begins to charge. In most cases, your digital
device can be used before it is fully charged.
