Error Messages

The following table outlines error messages that you may receive when sending
or receiving data. These error messages will appear on the computer screen

Troubleshooting Tips
Check the signal strength and signal
quality icon to be sure the signal is not
weak or poor.
Make sure that:
•
The Drop DTR on Hang-up is enabled
in the communication software.
•
The hang-up string setting is
'+++ATH'.
Turn off Auto Baud by initiating AT+IPR
command. Make sure that the baud rate
setting in your communication software
matches the baud rate setting of the
modem.
Turn on Local Echo by initiating the ATE1
command.
Ensure that the RTS/CTS flow control is
enabled in the communication software
and is set to &K3.
