Installation
Connect the Dimmer

RF Dimmer Operation
Tap Switch
•
Tap

Indicate
light
level.
Glow

Tap
twice
quickly:
lights
adjust rapid
ly to
full On.

and
hold
when
Dimmer
is on:

delayed
fade to Off can
be
activated.
As
the

the LEOs will
begin to flash
from
bottom
to
top.
Each flashing
LED
represents
an additional 1

delay.
The
lights
will
fade
to
Off
(up to 70

Multiple RF Dimmer Applications
•
If multiple
URC
RF
Dimmers
are
set up
to
the same
serial
number,
they
will perform
as
follows:
•
Pressing the
On
button on
the wireless controller
will
cause
all
Dimmers to
brighten
to
full
intensity,
regardless
of
whether
some
are
on and
some are
off.
•
Pressing the
Off button
on the
wireless
controller
will
cause
all
Dimmers
to
fade
to off.
•
To
save
a
scene
light
level,
adjust all t
he Dimmers
controlled
by
a URC Remote
to
the
desired
level,
t
hen
press
and hold
the
Scene
Button
on
the
wireless
controller
for
approximately
8
seconds
unt
il
t
he
Dimmer's
LEOs
stop
blinking.
Once
a
scene
light
level
is
set,
pressing
the
Scene
Button
will
cause
each Dimmer
to
return
to
the
scene
light
level.
•
Use
up
to 3
URC
serial
nurnbers
for each
RF
Dimmer.
Note:
Th1
s device
must not
be
used
to control
equipment that
is
not
visible
from
every
control
location.
It
also must
not
be
used
to contro
l
equipment
that
could
c reate hazardous
situations
such
as
entrapment
if
operated
accidentally.
Examples
of
equipment that
must not
be
controlled by
this device include (but
are not limited to) motorized
gates,
garage
doors,
industrial
doors,
microwave
ovens,
heating pads,
etc.
It
is
the
installer's
responsibility to
ensure
that
the
equipment
being
controlled is
visible
from every
control
location
and
that
only
suitable
equipment
is
connected
to
this device.
