- Page 6 Greenfloor heating Worcester’s Greenfloor heating system uses a water-filled pipe system that turns the floor into a large surface area radiator. The pipe system gently warms the space above it through a combination of radiant energy and heat conduction. In a modern, well-insulated space where heat loss factors have been taken into consideration, underfloor heating can act as the primary heating source and, in most cases, no other space heating methods will be required.
