Using your Headset Before using your new headset, remove the plastic insulation strip from the battery compartment. 1. Fasten the (optional) headband’s hook and loop strips over the ear hooks. With the headband to the back, slide the headset onto your head and place the ear hooks over your ears. Pull up and reposition the hook and loop strips on each side for better fit. 2. Insert the sponge onto the gooseneck mic. Adjust the mic close to your mouth.

    3. Connect the mic's plug to the in-line power control, and the power control to your PA or recording system. Note: If your PA or recording system’s jack is ¼", use the supplied ¼" plug adapter. 4. Slide to ON to turn on the mic, or OFF to turn it off. Talk into the mic and adjust the PA’s or recording system’s volume control to the desired sound level. Replacing the Battery Insert a new battery when the microphone’s sound weakens or if it stops working properly. 1. Press the tab on the LR44 back of the in-line power control to open the Clip battery compartment. 2. Install a LR44 battery positive (+) side up, and replace the battery cover.

    Battery Notes: • Dispose of the old battery promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury it. • Keep the battery out of reach of children. Swallowing a button-cell battery can be fatal! • If you do not plan to use the microphone for a long time, remove the battery. Listening Safely Do not wear headphones, earphones, or earbuds while operating a motor vehicle or riding a bicycle. This can create a traffic hazard and could be illegalin some areas. To protect your hearing, follow these guidelines: • Do not listen at high volume levels. Extended high-volume listening can lead to permanent hearing loss. • Set the volume to the lowest setting. Then turn on your audio device and adjust the volume to a comfortable level. • Avoid increasing the volume. Your ears will adapt to the volume level, so a level that does not cause discomfort could...
