VEHICLE INSTALLATION Installing the DVD Player On a Seat Back In a Car Installation Using the Supplied Carry Bag 1. Unfold the carry bag, and place the DVD Player on the bag beneath the elastic straps. Ensure that the player’s corners are secured by the elastic straps. Ensure that the center strap is across the face of the DVD Player.
VEHICLE INSTALLATION Installation Using the Headrest Bracket System (Audiovox part number BRKT2 - sold separately) 1. Raise the headrest to get access to the headrest posts. 2. Clamp front bracket (A) and rear bracket (B) around the headrest posts. 3. Insert the four screws (C) in four places and evenly tighten the screws.
7. Heat is produced during charging. This is normal. 8. Do not subject the battery to strong impacts. 9. Keep the battery away from humidity and excessive heat. 10. The battery is not user serviceable. Please contact Audiovox in the event the battery will not charge.

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION Battery Installation/Replacement Remove the battery compartment cover according to the diagram below. 1. Press the ridged area to the left. 2. At the same time, pull the battery tray out. 3. Remove the old CR2025 battery. Replace it with a new CR2025 lithium battery on the tray with the positive side facing upward.

CONNECTING TO A TV The player has an AV OUT jack. You can connect it to a TV for viewing. 1. Use an AV output cable (not supplied) to connect the AV OUT jack on the main unit to the video input terminal and L/R channel audio input terminals of a TV.
SYSTEM SETUP The System Setup menu allows you to personalize the DVD Player settings to your preference. Once the initial settings are set, they are retained in the DVD player until modifi ed. Menu Operation 1. Press the SETUP button on the remote control to show the Setup Menu. 2.
SYSTEM SETUP ANGLE MARK This item is available when a disc is encoded with multiple camera angles. Options: Enables the Angle Mark function. When a disc with multiple camera angles is playing, an angle mark will display on the screen. You can then view the video of different camera angles by pressing the ANGLE button on the remote control.

PLAYBACK MP3 Disc Playback MP3 is a format for storing digital audio. An audio CD-quality song can be compressed into the MP3 format with very little loss of quality, while taking up much less space. The DVD player plays the songs in the order they were burned on to the disc. When playback is started the elapsed time of the track that is playing will be displayed.

PLAYBACK USB Device and MMC/SD/MS Card Playback To play a USB device: 1. Slide the POWER switch to the ON position. 2. Plug a USB device containing audio/video fi les into the USB port The USB device will be detected and read after a few seconds. A content menu will appear on the screen.
