- Page 2 TO INSERT BATTERIES Using a Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not included), loosen screw in battery compartment cover (screw stays attached to cover). Insert 3 x 1.5V “AA” or LR6 size alkaline batteries (not included). Replace cover and tighten screw. CAUTION: TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE 1.
- Page 3 GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DIARY SETTING A PASSWORD Your diary can only record a password that takes you a couple of seconds to say, so your password should be short (and easy to remember!). If you name the pet that comes with your diary, your pet’s name can be your password! Make sure it’s quiet when you set your password! Any background noise may interfere with your setting your password.
