  • Page 5 When unpacking, check to make sure all parts shown on the Parts List (page 10) are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
  • Page 6 When the Battery (11) is fully charged, remove the Battery from the Battery Charger. Insert the Battery into the Battery Receptacle located at the bottom of the Drill. Make sure the two Securing Clasps (one on each side of the Battery) engage the Drill.

Hold the Chuck firmly while turning the forward section of the Chuck This opens the Chuck to accept the drill bit. Insert the drill bit into the chuck fully.
