    POWER SOURCES continued AA BATTERY OPERATION The FR300 is designed to operate on three AA batteries (not included). Best overall performance results with the use of alkaline or lithium AA batteries. Rechargeable AA batteries can also be used, however they must be charged in their own external charger.
