Check that the pressure indicator is in the low

position.
■ If not: release the steam from the pressure cooker
by cooling it under cold water, if necessary.
If it is blackened: clean it with a special product
■
for cleaning stainless steel.
If it shows iridescent glints: clean it with vinegar
■
or a special stainless cleaning product.
