Parking

The parking feature can place up to 10 internal or exter-
nal calls on hold and answer these at any extension.
Required: A call must be in progress.

Wait for a confirmation tone.

Replace the handset.
Recovering a parked call

Lift the handset.

Wait for the call to be answered.

Start conversation.
Recovering a parked external call
An external call placed on hold using the "General park-
ing" feature in a telephone system can be retrieved on
any extension that has access to the same external line.
Required: An external call must be placed on hold in a
known external line.

Lift the handset.

Enter the code to retrieve the call.
p
Enter the number of the external line where the call is
parked (for example: 801).
s
Start conversation.
[1] If the slot selected is busy, a rejection tone is heard.
If a call that was placed on parking is not recovered after a specified
timeout, it is sent back to the originating extension.
