Defrosting by Time Time Defrost is designed for speedy thawing of frozen food and is one of the great advantages of a microwave oven. Power level 3 is automatically set for defrosting, but you may change this for more flexibility. -

Cooking by Time Time Cook I & II allows you to microwave for a selected amount of time. Power level 10 (High) is recommended for most cooking, but you may change this for more flexibility. See the cookbook. To become better acquainted with time cooking, make a cup of coffee by following the steps below. -

Automatic Roasting Auto Roast uses the temperature probe to cook to the desired serving temperature.
