    About the convenience features. Auto Defrost The Defrost feature gives you two ways to defrost frozen foods. Press DEFROST once for Auto Defrost or twice for Time Defrost. Use Auto Defrost for meat, poultry and fish weighing up to 6.5 pounds. Use Time Defrost for most other frozen foods.
