Troubleshooting

This section provides troubleshooting procedures. Advanced level troubleshooting should
be done by referring to the Service Manual (optional supply).
Problem
General
Cannot turn on the
power.
Power is on but
nothing appears on

contact your dealer for advice.
Probable cause
Loosened power cable
Blown fuse
Contrast too low.
STW
flashing
Fasten the power cable.
Replace the fuse.
Press the [*] key several times.
Ship's speed cannot be calculated
because of air bubbles, etc. (Speed error :
30 seconds)
Problem with the transducer or air
bubbles.
Speed error continues more than 30
seconds.
Temperature sensor is abnormal.
GPS data error.
No GPS data for 30 seconds.
GPS receiver disconnected.
