Changing Transmit Settings

Transmit Settings can be changed at the time of transmission.
(1) Selecting a Destination from the Address Book
NOTE
There are three types of Address Books from which you can select the party to transmit
to. They are the fax machine's Address Book, Windows Address Book, and the
Address Book for the Network FAX data file (.fdt). When using the fax machine's
Address Book, the party must be registered in the fax machine's Address Book. Refer
to Registering a New Destination on page

Enter the address

Select the Transmission Mode.

Enter the transmission destination using the keyboard.

To use the address book, click the [Select from Address Book] button.

The address selection dialog box opens.
Maximum number of characters that can be entered: 64 half-width characters
Characters that can be entered: 0 to 9, #, *, -, space (a space or "-" CANNOT be entered as the
first character)
