    Supplies Assistant Eligible devices will automatically be enabled for Supplies Assistant once the device is registered with Xerox. When you call to order supplies, let the representative know the on-hand balance and that you would like to use Supplies Assistant.

    In the Alert Notification section you can set up groups to notify (by e-mail) when problems occur on the device. Alert notification is configured via Internet Services. Customers can set the Xerox device to notify users or operators of problems as they occur on the device. Alert Notification is configured via Internet Services.
