Troubleshooting
Problem
Cause
Never try to repair or dismantle the air conditioner yourself. Tampering with the unit
may result in the loss of warranty and can endanger the user and property.
The Unit
No power supply.
Does Nothing
Is the LCD light flashing?
Timer Function Set.
The Air Conditioner
Windows or doors
Does Not Function
are open.
Properly
The filter is dirty.
Air inlet or air
outlet is blocked.
Room temperature lower
than the selected value.
The overheat protection
is activated.
Unit is not standing
The Unit is Noisy
on a level surface.
Distance too great.
The Remote
Control Does
Not Function
Remote control signal not
detected by control panel.
Batteries are dead.

Solution
Make sure outlet works.
Be sure Green Light is on (A.F.C.I. Plug)
Press Re-start button.
Drain the Unit.
Deactivate the Timer Function.
Close doors and windows.
Clean or replace filter.
Remove blockage.
Lower temperature selected.
Wait 3 minutes until temperature
has decreased, then turn on again.
Place on an even surface.
Make sure the remote is aimed
at the control panel.
Control is aimed at the
control panel.
Replace the batteries.
