Deleting a Communication Reservation File
To delete a file in memory, follow the steps below.
Your machine cannot delete the file while it is being sent.

Press the Fax key.

Select "More Menus".

Select "Edit File Mode".

Select "Delete File".

Select or to display a
communication reservation file to be
deleted.

Select a communication reservation
file, and then select "OK".
Select "All Files" to select all
communication reservation files.
To cancel the deletion, select "Cancel".

Select "Yes".
To cancel the deletion, select "No".
Press the Reset key to return the machine
to the initial screen of the currently active
mode.
