'neck lanyard' pedometers. The ex 10 step is your basic but highly accurate step counter and if you also
want to measure your distance the ex 10 distance should be your choice. The ex 10 plus combines all of
the above features together with calorie counting to give you the perfect 'low cost' fi tness coach.

1. Show display
2. Reset pedometer by pressing MODE and SET button simultaneously
3. Explain step fi lter function. The pedometer has a 10 second fi lter. Movement within this time will not be registered or shown on
the display.
4. For ex10 distance and plus: Go to distance menu by pressing MODE. Show how to set stride length by pressing SET and then
pressing MODE repeatedly to increase stride length. Finish by pressing SET or wait 5 seconds.
5. For ex10 plus: Show calorie and timer menu by pressing MODE button repeatedly.
6. Open battery lid and pull out battery holder
7. Push the batteries back in place and close the lid
• Sleep mode – save batteries and the environment. The
pedometer wakes up by moving it or by pushing any button.

how you want to measure your activity
