Make sure ...
• If you did not set your desired digit within 2 seconds
after pressing CHANNEL • or • button during
steps [5] to [8], the input mode will forward to next
step.
• When you press SELECT button after pressing
CHANNEL • or • button during steps [5] to [8],
you may forward to next step.
• Press ADD/DELETE button to go back one step from
current step during steps [3] to [9].

10 Exit the program mode
Press MENU button. Program 1 is now completed.
To set another program, repeat steps [1] to [10].

Set the
timer
Press POWER/TIMER REC
button. The "@" indicator ap- I '_' P"
pears on the display. The number [ 5:5/3
of all programmed events are
displayed with current time.
TO CORRECT AN A UTOMA TIC TIMER
PROGRAM
If you want to correct an automatic timer after you fin-
ished setting program,
1) Repeat steps [1] to [3] on previous page.
2) Select a digit you want to change using SELECT but-
ton or ADD/DELETE button.
3) Enter correct numbers using CHANNEL • or • but-
ton.
4) Press MENU button to return to original mode.
5) Press POWER button to return to timer stand-by mode.
TO STOP AN AUTOMATIC TIMER PRO-
GRAM WHICH HAS ALREADY STAR TEl)
Press STOP/EJECT button on the VCR.
NOTE: STOP button on the remote control will not
function in the Automatic Timer Recording mode.
TO CANCEL OR CHECK THE
START/END TIME
1) Repeat steps [1] and [2] on previous page.
2) Select a program number you want to check using
CHANNEL • or • button. The details of selected
program appears on the TV screen.
You may cancel the entire program by pressing
ADD/DELETE button.
