Formatting SD cards

You must format SD cards in the
them usable with the recorder.
Note: Formatting a card will permanently erase all
data on it.

Press to open the Main Menu.

• Select "Yes" to start formatting.
• Select "No" to return to the SETTING menu.

After formatting completes, "Done" appears
on screen and the SETTING menu reopens.
NOTE
If the SD card's write-protection switch is
ON, the card cannot be formatted.
