    TO DETACH BATTERY PACK (Fig. 3} Lock the trigger switch on the drill/driver by placing the direction-of-rotation (forward/center-lock/reverse) selector in center position. Depress the battery release buttons located on the front of the battery pack to release the battery pack. Pull forward on the battery pack to remove it from the tool.
