    STOPPING THE ENGINE • Move the choke lever to the "Choke" position. • Unplug all electrical loads from generator panel recep- tacles. Never start or stop engine with electrical devices plugged in and turned on. • Let engine run at no-load for several minutesto stabilize the internal temperatures of engine and generator.

    DON'T OVERLOAD THE GENERATOR Some electric motors, such as inductiontypes, require about two and a half times more watts of Overloading a generator in excess of its rated wattage power for startingthan for running. This surge of capacity can result in damage to the generator and to power lasts only a few seconds when starting such connected electrical devices.
