Monitoring and Controlling Projectors via a Network (for the EMP-7900)

Network Cable Connections

The projector can be connected to a network using a commercially-
available 100baseTX or 10baseT network cable. You must use a Category
5 shielded twisted-pair cable to connect the network to prevent
malfunction.

Projector Connection Settings

When the projector is connected to the network, various settings such as
the IP addressg must be made using the configuration menus before the
projector can be used.

Network connections using the configuration menus

Use the accessory remote control to carry out these operations.
PROCEDURE
Press the [Menu] button on the remote control and

then select "Network" from the "Advanced2" menu.
