5. Place the Poly "V" belt into the motor mount as
shown on the underside of the band saw.
6. Look at the motor mou nt and find the slot that is nar-
rower than the other three. When mounting the
motor, the motor stud without a spacer goes into this
slot.

7. Carefully position the motor sothat the poly "V" belt
is around the motor pulley and the four motor studs
align with the slots in the motor mount.
8. Push motor studs through and install the flanged
lock nuts to the three (3) motor studs with spacers.
Start the flanged nuts by hand only at this time.

9, Install the threaded stud through the hole in the
lower leg of the motor mount and over the motor stud
as shown.
