  • Page 7 STEP Attach and secure the casters with brake (A) using the provided truss head and lock washer. Attached wheels (B) Left cart panel leg by removing the hex nut screw first and assembling both wheels as shown below. STEP Attach the wire shelf to stand-up shelf to bottom panel use 4 (IA, by 15mm) truss head screws and 4 pieces of nuts with split washer,...
  • Page 8 STEP Attach both left & right panel legs to bottom panel with 8 (1/4" x 40mm) truss head screws & split lock washers as shown in diagram. STEP 4: Attach front panel to front legs of side panels use 4(1/4" x 10mm) truss head screws & split lock washers.
  • Page 9 STEP 5: Attached and secure the cart frame cross bar to the top back of both side panels by using 4(1/4" x 10 mm) truss head screws & lock washers. STEP 6: Place the upper portion of grill on to the assembled cart.
  • Page 10 STEP 7: Secure head unit to cart with 4 (1/4" x 15mm) truss head screws & split lock washers as shown in diagram. (Note: remove the cooking grids before this step) STEP 8: Attach side shelf with 4 truss head screws (1/4" x 10 mm) as shown on the figure below.

    BATTERY ASSEMBLE Unscrew the ignition battery cap. (Found at far-left of control panel) Insert battery into ignition box with the positive terminal facing outward. Replace the ignition battery cap after the battery has been installed.

    LIQUID PROPANE CYLINDER RETENTION Place liquid propane tank in tank seat hole & secure with retention wing-bolt. PROPANE TANK ASSEMBLE Attach regulator to prop-tank turning the regulator noble, clockwise, and by hand until tight as shown in figure below. LP gas cylinder must be fitted with a listed overfill prevention device (OPD)
