The adjustments or settings made for each mode are applied to all input signals. For the adjustment method of each function, refer to subsequent pages.

The luminance of the monitor varies depending on the input signal, however, the variation rate is not proportional to the input signal. To keep the balance between the input signal and the luminance of the monitor is called as “Gamma correction”.

    6-6. Glossary Clock The analog input monitor needs to reproduce a clock of the same frequency as the dot clock of the graphics system in use, when the analog input signal is converted to a digital signal for image display. This is called clock adjustment.
