Marking a Location 
The mark icon allows you to mark a specific location and label it for future reference. Once marked, 
PASSPORT iQ will provide an audible and visual on‐screen alert when you reach this area again.  
 
 
PASSPORT iQ will also give you an advance warning at the following distances: 
 
Red‐light cameras: 250 ft. or 10 seconds 
Speed cameras: 500 ft. when traveling below 55 mph; 1,000 ft. when traveling above 55 mph 
Speed traps: 0.3 mi. or approximately 1,584 ft. 
Other: 500 ft. when traveling below 55 mph; 1,000 ft. when traveling above 55 mph 
 
To mark a location, touch the mark icon. The display will show the following icons: speed camera, red‐
light camera, speed trap, and other. Touch the corresponding icon to confirm the type of location you 
are marking. The marker you selected will appear in the location along your route.
