    1587/1577 Users Manual Testing for Continuity The continuity test features a beeper that sounds as long as a circuit is complete. The beeper allows you to perform HOLD MIN MAX quick continuity tests without having to watch the display. To test for continuity, set up the Meter as shown in Figure TEST 10.The beeper sounds when a short (<25 ) is detected.
