What you need before calling IBM

Prior to calling IBM for a service related call, it is very helpful to have information
on hand about recent database activities. The ISIC log file provides all of the
information you will need to adequately address issues when calling IBM.
To view the ISIC log file, which is a log of all database activities, complete the
following procedure:
1. At the Logon window, type your User ID and Password. Click Submit. The
