To dial a directory number
When you see the desired directory number, press
To edit a directory entry
. When the desired directory number is on the screen, press

Speed dial

There are 0 speed dial locations that you assign from the directory (see Speed dial
locations in the on-line user's manual for details). The speed dial locations are shared
by all handsets. Changes made apply to all handsets.
To enter a speed dial number
. On a handset, use MENU/
>SPEED DIAL.

3. Press /SELECT to show the directory. Press

the directory or press the dial pad keys (0-9) to start a name search.
4. When the screen shows the desired directory entry, press

. When in idle mode, press and hold a dial pad key (0 though 9) to display the desired
speed dial entry.
