    FTG Mode of Operation Overview (Cont.) While the TV is in FTG Mode: • Users can still access the Installer Menu using an LG Installer Remote; however, all Installer Menu items will be read-only. • Any FTG configuration changes must be made using the FTG Device Configuration Application. FTG Channel Map Configuration and FTG Installer Menu Configuration Utilities enable you to make changes, respectively, to the FTG Channel Map and FTG Installer Menu settings as necessary.

    FTG Mode via CPU Creating an FMA Configuration File using the FTG Device Configuration Application This section describes how to create an FMA Configuration (.fma) file that can be saved to a USB memory device. In order to enable Pro:Idiom decryption, it is recommended that you create an FMA Configuration file using the FTG Device Configuration Application.
