    The brake system allows you to slow or stop your bike, a function critical to your safety. These instructions explain how to inspect, adjust, and lubricate a specific component of a bicycle braking system: Bontrager Race XXX Lite aero brake levers (Figure 1). The brake system is difficult to adjust properly without Carbon fiber the proper tools and training.

    Installation instructions The correct installation of new Bontrager brake levers is critical to the rider’s safety, so this work should be performed only by an experienced mechanic. If you are not sure of your ability to correctly install these brake levers, have them installed by your Bontrager dealer.
