(22 minutes)
At 2:30:
The dough continues to rise. (20 minutes)
At 2:10:
The dough is "punched down." (30 seconds)
At 2:10:
The dough rises for the final time. (65 minutes)
At 1:05:
The bread begins to bake. (65 minutes)
At 0:00:
The bread is finished.
