Printer Settings Click the Start button to print the printer settings page.
Device Settings Click the Start button to print the device settings page.
Job History
Click the Start button to print the Job History report.
Error History
Click the Start button to print the Error History report.
Color Test Page Click the Start button to print the Color Test Page.
Printer Settings
The Printer Settings tab contains the System Settings, USB Settings, and
Secure Settings pages.
System Settings
Purpose:
To configure the basic printer settings.
Values:
Power Saver
Specifies the time taken by the printer before it enters Sleep mode

Time - Sleep
after it finishes a job.

Specifies the time taken by the printer before it enters Deep Sleep
Time - Deep
mode after it goes into Sleep mode.
Sleep
Fault Time-Out Specifies the time taken by the printer before it cancels jobs that
stop abnormally. The print job is cancelled if it times out.
Job Time-Out
Specifies the amount of time that the printer waits for data to arrive
from the computer. The print job is cancelled if it times out.

Specifies the measurement unit displayed after the numeric value
on the operator panel.
Default Paper
Specifies the default paper size.
Size
Auto Log Print Specifies if a job history needs to be printed after every 10 jobs.
Low Toner
Alerts you if the toner is low.
Alert Msg
Panel Language Used to set the language on the operator panel.
