TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible reason
Power cable not connected to an active
wall outlet
Power cable not connected tight to
wall outlet or chassis jack
Power cable defective
Blown Fuse
Volume setting too low
Not the desired input channel has been chosen
You did not (or not correctly) connect the
output of the source device oder not to the
desired input connector of the pre-amplifier
Source device does not give output signal
You did not (or not correctly) connect
the main amplifier, or switched it off
Speaker cable connections to the main
amplifier are not correct or speakercable
damaged
One of the speaker cables has not or not
correctly been connected, or defective
speaker cable
One of the signal cables between pre-
amplifier and main amplifier has not or not
correctly been connected, or defective signal cable
One of the signal cables between Source and
pre-amplifier has not or not correctly been
connected, or defective signal cable
The balance setting is extreme
No batteries or used-up cells in the remote set
Line of sight between remote set and audio
device is blocked or maximum distance is
exceeded or commands given from a too
large angle
Device switched off

Possible solution
Connect the power cable to an active
wall outlet
Press the power plugs tight into the wall
outlet and the device's power connector
Change against an adequate power cable
