  • Page 6 How to start the appliance Before switching on the appliance, unwind the power cord (8) from its hook, removing the base (9) by turning it clockwise (Fig. B). It is not necessary to refit the base (9) before using the appliance. Plug the appliance into a mains socket;...

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Unplug the appliance from the outlet before carrying out any operation. Let the appliance cool down completely before putting it away or cleaning it. Refit the cord base (9) to the bottom section of the appliance, inserting the reference tabs into the relevant openings and turning it anticlockwise.
