Possible cause:
The rider has switched off the
ASC system.

The "General" warning light

Possible cause:
The ASC control unit has detec-
ted a fault. The ASC function
and the off-road ASC function
are not available.
You can continue to ride the
motorcycle, but make due pro-
vision for the fact that the ASC
function is not available. Bear
in mind the more detailed in-
formation on situations that can
lead to an ASC fault (
Have the fault rectified as
quickly as possible by a
specialist workshop, preferably
an authorised BMW Motorrad
dealer.

RDC warnings

Mode of presentation
with tyre pressure monitoring

The tyre-pressure readings are
based on a reference tyre tem-
perature of 20 °C (
95).

Warning symbol 2 indicates a
critical tyre pressure, and the cor-
responding reading in the display
flashes.
If the critical value is close to the
limit of the permissible tolerance
range, 'General' warning light 1
shows yellow. If the tyre pres-
sure registered by the sensor is
outside the permissible tolerance
range, the general warning light 1
flashes red.
The tyre pressures for front
wheel 3 and rear wheel 4
are shown. The graphic here
indicates that the reading for the
front wheel is flashing, which
