USING BOOSTER WITH BACKREST
Installing Booster WITH Backrest
Place the booster on the vehicle seat,

leaning the backrest against the back of
the vehicle seat.
Check that the headrest of the vehicle

seat does not interfere with the headrest
of the booster. If the vehicle headrest
pushes the booster headrest forward,
remove the vehicle headrest where
the booster will be installed, if possible.
Replace the vehicle headrest when the
booster is removed.
The booster backrest must fit

flat against to the vehicle seat.

Securing Child in Booster
WITH Backrest
Place the child into the belt positioning

booster, sitting all the way back, ensuring
that the child's back is against the booster
backrest.
Route the lap belt under both armrests

through the red lap belt guides, across
the child's thighs. Then route the
shoulder belt under the armrest closest to
the vehicle buckle as shown.
