Lift up the cover (2). Remove the cover. Lower the door onto the middle hinge pin. Make sure that the plastic sleeve is inserted into the bottom of the door.

Lower the door onto the middle hinge pin. Hook the tab on the door switch side of the cover under the edge of the wire opening in the cabinet top.
