Windshield Mounting When you install the device for the first time, attach the device.to.the.support.arm.before.attaching.the.arm.to.your. vehicle.windshield. Note:.Before.attaching.the.suction.cup,.clean.the.inside. of.your.windshield.with.a.standard.window.cleaner.and.a. lint-free.cloth..
