3.4 Closed Caption

Select Closed Caption, and press "ENTER", it will show the content of Closed
Caption.

caption wanted. All changes can only be reflected on Service1 setting.

Timer item provides user to setup daylight saving, time zone and timer. Time zone
setting will influence display time in menu.
