As a master flash unit, use either SB-21A connected to
an F3-series
camera
or SB-21 B connected to an
F4-series,
F-801/N8008,
FA, FE2, F-501/N2020,
F-301/N2000 or FG
camera.
The SB-21A can
only
be
used
as a
master flash unit.
With SB-21A
Connect
the
AS-12 and
slave
flash unit using
the Nikon
TTL Multi-Flash
Sync Cord SC-18 or SC-19, via
the TTL
multiple
flash terminals
on
the AS-12
and slave
flash
unit.

how to
connect
the
SB-21
to
other
flash
units.

With the SB-21 B
Requires
TTL
Remote
Cord
SC-17.
1.
Connect
AS-14 and the
camera
using the SC-17.
2.
Connect
the
SC-17 and slave
flash
unit using
the
Nikon TTL Multi-Flash Sync Cord SC-18 or
SC-19, via
TTL multiple flash terminals on the
SC-17 and slave
flash unit.
