The Class D 1. High Efficiency two-way communications service was opened in 1959. (CB also includes Antenna a Class A citizens band and Class C remote control frequencies.)

To by turning clockwise. install batteries, (1) remove the battery cartridge from the unit. (2) Lift the tab on top of the battery pack and separate the two halves.

    “beep” is heard. The DW icon will stay on and the 45WX will switch between channels 11 and 17. The 45WX will stop scanning and monitor a channel when it receives an incoming transmission. Five seconds after the transmission stops, the 45WX will continue to switch between Channels.

    **Note: Reduce power setting reduces the range of your 45WX. AUTO BATTERY SAVE INDICATOR Your 45WX has a unique circuit designed to dramatically extend the life of the batteries. If there are no transmissions within 10 seconds, your 45WX will automatically switch to battery save mode.

    Squelch Setting (DSS). (See pp 9) Press and release the Function key. Press and release the M.SC key. The 45WX will stop scanning and monitor a memory channel when it receives an incoming transmission. Five seconds after the transmission stops, the 45WX will continue scanning.
