IX-IPSEGWAY Serial to Ethernet
Gateway
The IX-IP SEGWAY Serial-to-Ethernet Gateway is an external device that
connects the ADIX-VS telephone system and VS-VML Voice Mail Card to
a local area network (LAN) Ethernet connection for programming access.
Through the common Transfer Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP /
IP) networking, system administrators can program the ADIX-VS and
Omega-Voice VMI (VS-VML) voice mail system through a LAN or WAN
connection using the ADIX Programmer or the Omega-Voice VMI System
Editor.
Additionally, using the ADIX User Programmer, ADIX station users can
now make station class of service changes to their Omega-Phone from their
PC.
