  • Page 7 NOTE: Where 240V installation is not available, this cooktop will automatically adjust to 208V operation. Cooktop Control Lock: The cooktop can be locked to avoid unintended use. To lock the control panel, press and hold CONTROL LOCK for 3 seconds. An indicator light above Control Lock will turn on.

    The Sabbath Mode sets the oven to remain on in a bake setting until turned off. When the Sabbath Mode is set, all cooking and cleaning cycles are disabled. Only the Bake cycle will operate in the Sabbath Mode. No tones will sound, and the displays will not show messages or temperature changes.

Oven vent Precision Cooking™ System - Precise Bake The Precise Bake system electronically regulates the oven heat levels during preheat and bake to maintain a precise temperature range for optimal cooking results. The bake and broil elements or burners cycle on and off in intervals. On convection range models, the fan will run while preheating and may be cycled on and off for short intervals during preheating to provide the best results.
