DUBBING A TITLE

AFTER DUBBING TO DVD
• Ensure DVD is fi nalized (see Finalizing in Disc settings
section) so it will play back on other units
DUBBING A TITLE FROM HDD TO DVD, OR FROM
DVD TO HDD
a) Press [HDD]/DVD] for title to be copied
b) Press [MENU/LIST]
c) Select title to copy
To copy more titles (from HDD only):
• Select next fi le
• Press [MARKER] when each one is highlighted.
d) Press OK [ ]
e) Select Dubbing from menu in left panel
f) Press OK [ ]
g) Select Recording mode: XP, SP, LP, EP, MLP, AUTO or Fast
• When dubbing from DVD to HDD, only a VR mode formatted
disc can use Fast mode.
• When dubbing from HDD to VR mode DVD-RW or DVD-
RAM, the Fast mode is not available for edited HDD titles and
Clip Recording titles.
• When dubbing an edited title from VR mode DVD-RW or
DVD-RAM to HDD the Fast mode is not available.
h) Press OK [ ]
i) Select START
j) Press OK [ ] to start dubbing
DUB A CURRENTLY PLAYING TITLE
Works only for DVD± fi nalized with video formatted DVD-RW or for
DVD-ROM without copy protection.
To copy a title to HDD during DVD playback:
a) Press HOME [ ]. First menu is displayed.
b) Press [ ] until Easy Menu is displayed

c) Select SETUP
d) Press OK [ ] to display set up menu
e) Select recording icon in left panel
f) Select Dubbing option from middle panel
g) Press OK [ ] to start dubbing. Currently set recording mode (XP,
SP, LP, EP or MLP) will apply. Playback jumps back to start of title
