This feature may be unavailable depending on your

Tethering and portable hotspot.

OFF in Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to activate mobile
Select
network sharing via Wi-Fi.

configure network settings to use your device as an AP.

On another device, locate your device's name and connect
to your mobile network.

Edit the device name that will be
shown to other devices.
Select a security type.
Enter a password to prevent
unapproved access to your mobile
network. This option is available only
when you set the security option.
