    44,000 BTU/hr. Models WKGX, WKGDX and WKGCX have a 4" cavity. Wolf Range offers a stacking kit for mounting one oven on top of another as an option. Oven doors open independently (standard); simultaneous door opening is optional. All ovens are furnished with 5 racks.

    Assembling the Legs to the Oven BACK The legs must be installed on the bottom of the oven. Gently position the oven on its side, taking care not to scratch or damage it. Attach each of the four leg assemblies to the bottom of the oven with the 24 bolts and lockwashers (6 per leg).

    VENT SYSTEM DO NOT obstruct the flow of flue gases from the flue located on the rear of the oven. It is recommended that the flue gases be ventilated to the outside of the building through a ventilation system installed by qualified personnel.

    Always Set the Temperature Before Setting the Time • Press the SET button. Press the TEMPERATURE button; StPt displays. Use the Up and Down Arrow keys to increase or decrease the Temperature. To save, press the SET button again. At startup, the display will initially show a Point, the set temperature displays.

    ROAST AND HOLD OPERATION — (When Equipped) Roast and Hold cooks the product in two stages. During First Stage Cooking, the oven temperature is regulated by the Temperature setpoint and the Roast & Hold Timer setting. After the time counts down to 00:00, Second Stage Cooking begins.

    CLEANING WARNING: DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND PLACE A TAG AT THE DISCONNECT SWITCH INDICATING THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON THE OVEN BEFORE CLEANING. Allow the oven to cool before cleaning. Heat Return Tube The Heat Return Tube opening should never be blocked. The Heat Return Tube should be kept clean at all times for proper operation of the oven.

    LIMITED COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY The Wolf Range Company LLC (Company) warrants to the original owner that the product is free from defect in material and workmanship. This warranty shall be in effect for one (1) year from the date of installation, but shall not exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment.
